URVGC is a proprietary golf club, this link is to the owners' website.

The site gives more detail of all the facilities offered at the complex, including golf society packages, availability of weddings and private functions as well as information on golf and upcoming events.

England Golf

All URVGC Members are affiliated to England Golf which administers golf on a national basis.

Registration with England Golf is free and you will receive a card bearing your personal Central Database of Handicaps number (which lasts for life).

It has areas on the website for counties, clubs and individuals as well as all the latest information and news on the sport of golf

The R and A

This site is the ruling body for golf in England and Wales. The organisation runs the Open Championship, and compiles the rules of golf.

The site incorporates a comprehensive rules explorer and explanation of them. Individual golfers are not encouraged to contact the R and A with rules queries, these should be addressed in the first instance to the Club Secretary.
